We’re not burying June 3 disaster victims – Police Hospital
Source: citifmonline.com - The management of the Police Hospital in Accra has denied reports that their forthcoming mass burial includes victims of the June 3 disaster.
The hospital has scheduled a mass burial of unclaimed bodies in its morgue at the end of August, 2015.
People who refuse to pay TV license fees would be sanctioned

(retired) Albert Don-Chebe has said that TV owners who refuse to
pay their license fees would be sanctioned.
Outlining some of the likely sanctions a person could face, he said, "you are liable to arrest, you could be fined 250 penalty points or one year in prison or both"
Six confirmed dead in Tuobodam clashes

people have been confirmed dead in violent clashes in Tuobodom, a
suburb of Techiman in the Brong Ahafo Region.
Eight others are said to be in critical condition with properties, including a house and a car reduced to ashes.
The clashes are said to have some regional and ethnic undertones, a correspondent in Brong Ahafo Anass Sabit reported.
Four remanded for robbery

Tuesday remanded by an Accra Circuit Court for conspiracy to commit
crime, robbery and causing unlawful damage.
James Lawer, a driver's mate, Wisdom Glorkpor, steel bender, Solomon Klutse, auto sprayer and Francis Adika, steel bender; were said to have conspired and robbed one Bishop Samuel Owusu of his one Akai and one Samsung flat screen TV, seven mobile phones, one Samsung Galaxy Tablet, one ipad, one travelling bag containing jewelries, all worth GHc40,000.00, and an amount of GHc 1,700.00.00, $3,500 and 500 Rands.
Mexico reopens Ghana Embassy after over 30-yrs closure

Doctor sacked after Today newspaper exposé
Source: Today Newspaper - A medical doctor at the Amasaman Government Hospital in the Ga West Municipality has been dismissed from the facility following Today’s exposé.
Other disciplinary actions have also been taken against three nurses for dereliction of duty in connection with the deaths of two patients who were taken to the facility for medical care but died after the nurses on duty delayed in attending to them.
Mahama: 'I will fire Power Minister if dumsor is not solved'

NADMO workers to be paid by end of August – Gov’t
